How We Handle Your Goods

We will handle your cargo with utmost care compared to your previous forwarder....Hahaha

Pick Up Your Goods

We will pick up your goods from your home address in whichever town your are located in Kenya. We will confirm the weights and dimensions of your packages upon receiving your cargo at our Nairobi warehouse and share a bill for payment on whatsapp / email before dispatching them to your recipient abroad.

Free Package Photos

We will share a photo of the status of arrival of your cargo at our warehouse and share a photo of the final packaging before dispatch.

Free Packaging Service For Your Export Goods

We provide corrugated boxes, dunnage, bubble wrap and shrink wrap to pack your cargo free of charge.

We can provide crating services at an additional charge, as this involves the cost of materials (such as timber and plywood) and outsourced labour.

However, please note that wooden crating increases the overall weight and volume of the shipment, which may result in higher freight charges for air cargo

Carton Inspection

We will check your packaging conditions for any issues upon arrival and notify you if there are any damages. If you do not have any packaging, we will provide packaging free of charge.

Kshs 500 Item Counting & Verification

We will automatically unpack your shipment upon receipt and take photos of each individual item.

Free Extra Packaging and Shoebox Removal

Many products come in large, unnecessary packaging. We can remove it for free, so you save further on shipping costs. We will only remove packaging when it does not pose any risk to the product safety; for example, shoes. We will not remove packaging from electronics or fragile items, as it may pose additional risk of damage to the item during shipping.

We offer convenient pickup from your address at affordable rates, based on your location, cargo weight, and urgency.
Next-Day Collection (from any town in Kenya):
Up to 10kg: Kshs 440
Above 10kg: Add Kshs 40 per additional kg (for packages far out of Nairobi)
Same-Day Collection: Cost depends on your distance from our warehouse and the type of equipment required (e.g. boda, small car, or large truck). Please contact us for a custom quote based on your cargo size and location.

Combined shipping

Consolidate your items into a single shipment to save big on shipping costs. We will combine your items into the most economical shipping box.

This service is only available for loads of over 200kg.

We provide storage for shipped goods as well at a fee.

We will pack your items into a double walled box with thicker reinforced walls.

$1 Bubble Wrap One Item

We can bubble an item for additional protection. When you ship electronics or fragile items it is advisable to add Bubble Wrap for protection.

$3 Plastic Bag Inside Box

We will put your items in a plastic bag to help protect against weather.

Free Keep Original Box

Keep the original shipping box from the store. It will be packed inside our shipping box.

$5 Bubble Wrap All Items

We can bubble wrap all items inside one incoming shipment for additional protection. When you ship electronics or fragile items it is advisable to add Bubble Wrap for protection.

$5 Plastic Wrap Outside Box

We will wrap your entire parcel in stretch wrap for extra protection.

$3 per $100 Insurance

In case you need insurance on the total declared value of your parcel.

$5 Mediation Service

In case of an issue with your supplier, we will contact the store on your behalf until the issue is resolved.

$3 Merchandise Return

If the seller provides you with a prepaid return label, you only pay the $3 return processing fee. If the seller does not provide a prepaid label, you will only need to pay the shipping cost.

Goods are being cleared by customs
Good have been cleared. Payment details and amount due to be paid via MPESA Paybill/Bank Transfer

Goods shipped into Kenya will be paid upon delivery via our PayBill or Bank Transfer Please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT cash payments!

Exported goods will be invoiced and paid before dispatch via our PayBill or Bank Transfer once we have received your goods at our warehouse and confirmed the weight and dimensions. Please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT cash payments!

By default, goods are insured upto $100. If you need additional coverage for higher value shipments, you can purchase at 3% of the value of your goods and notify us prior to shipment.

We pride ourselves in being the most affordable shipping company in Kenya and Uganda.

For our express air courier export service, delivery will be upto the recipient's doorstep. For our warehouse to port service and port to port services, delivery will only be upto the port which is why it is cheaper for bulk cargo at most times

Your supplier shipment will be shrink wrapped and fragile items will be bubble wrapped before shipping to ensure no breakage of fragile items e.g. glass, electronics

Packaging is provided free of charge for exports and at a price for imports. Wooden crates and pallets are charged depending on the size of the crate

Goods are also properly classified for proper handling by airlines and sea vessels

You will get access to real time tracking to ensure you know where your goods are at all times

We can handle as little as 0.5kg for both outbound and inbound shipments. Our minimum charge is at 0.5kg for our express air courier service and 1kg for consolidation air freight cargo import service

We accept payments using in all major currencies KES, UGX, USD, RMB, GBP & EURO

Yes. We will collect from your home address at a minimal additional cost depending on your location and the equipment needed. Boda, Small Car, Van, Light Truck or Heavy Truck

Sure. If you hand over 10 boxes for export you can pay for 2 and we will only ship out 2. We will offer you free storage for 14 days for the rest of the boxes.

For imports, we do not release cargo partially. Cargo will require full payment for release. We will not do partial release of goods
